Poppy & Flour specializes in French macarons made using the Italian meringue method — the more complex technique that produces a more structurally sound, consistently beautiful shell. The result is a macaron with the perfect chew, a delicate crisp exterior, and a filling that actually complements it. Every shell is made with almonds, egg whites, and sugar, and fully customizable to your color palette and flavor vision.
